Our commitment to you and your family:

  • We call you within 30 minutes after being contacted by your insurance company.
  • We secure a hotel within one hour, if approved, by your insurance company.
  • We present a long-term housing option to you within 24 hours.
  • We move you into a temporary home within 72 hours of approval.

 

 

CRS handles your immediate hotel needs.

With no affiliation to any hotel chain, we have the flexibility to locate suitable housing that will fit your requirements. CRS will secure the room and arrange payment of the room and tax on your behalf.

 

CRS finds your temporary home.

CRS will have a property for you to view within one business day of approval by your insurance company. Once we have found a suitable match for you, CRS will coordinate the terms of the lease and provide all the furnishings needed to make your temporary house a home.


CRS moves you in, moves you out and is with you every step of the way.

With turn-key accommodations, CRS will make sure your move-in is as seamless as possible. Your CRS representative will keep in touch with you throughout your stay to ensure everything is running smoothly. If you need anything during your time in the temporary home, CRS is available 24 hours to assist. When your home is ready, we will coordinate all the details of your move-out, notice to the landlord, furniture pick up and deposit return.
